The hotel has cute rooms and a beautiful garden. The staff member, Youssef, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was the best I had in Morocco. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the Souk in a quiet spot.

Our romantic escape was amazing thanks to the amazing service we received. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our 2, year, old, and made us feel welcome from the start. the food was delicious, and we enjoyed the life music at night which added to the atmosphere. the garden was lovely and allowed us to relax in quiet surroundings. Lastly, the location was perfect , close to the Souk but still peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
the internet connection was also a bit spotty, but this didn't dampen our experience too much as we were able to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is surrounded by a peaceful environment near the market, which helps guests who wish to explore the city. the garden inside the hotel is also a plus, adding to the calm and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. the service is incredibly amazing, period. They have excellent food at the restaurant, from breakfast to dinner, and the staff is ready to prepare milk and help with requests. the bed is large and cozy.
The air conditioning is not well-maintained, and a heater had to be requested for a cold night.

We enjoyed the cute rooms with comfortable and big beds, and the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. It was also nice to have live music every night, giving us a more interactive experience during our stay. The location was great since it's near the Souk and situated in a quieter area, giving us the chance to relax.
We had issues with the air conditioning and heating system in the room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, making our room cold during our stay.
